Last week’s Clubs Fair bustled with excitement. Students, faculty, and staff had all been looking forward to it.

Dozens of student clubs set up tables to display their various posters to try and entice students to join them. There were displays throughout the quad and the walkway between the middle school and Freshman Hall.

Some posters were more vivid than others, but that didn’t matter once you heard their pitches. Club heads talked about their clubs with so much passion and excitement, it could make one want to join every club.

Some clubs had candy to entice students; some even had full on goodie bags!  At the table for Origami Club – a new club, founded by sophomores – they were giving out paper rings.  Cooking Club, a popular new club last year, was handing out food samples.  The head of the UNICEF club was wearing a costume made out of a cardboard box.

Last year, Community Days were always something to look forward to, and this year’s Clubs Fair kept up that energy. The excitement was bubbling, and the clubs got a bunch of sign ups. Overall, it was a great success!
